Decipha EBA negotiations to commence soon
(3 March 2010) Negotiations for the new Decipha EBA (EBA3) will commence in March. Briefings will be provided to members as negotiations progress.
Members working in Decipha are encouraged to provide feedback on their views of what needs to be achieved in EBA3. So far members have clearly identified decent wage increases are a high priority for the new agreement.
To assist with information feedback through the EBA negotiations members are requested to ensure their contact details are up to date. Complete information including current address, telephone contact details including mobile and email address should be provided to your branch.
Meanwhile the CEPU is working to establish proper consultative forums in Decipha. These are important to provide a place to discuss and hopefully resolve local issues. When they are functioning can provide an effective mechanism for dealing with local issues including issues about rostering, leave, casual and permanent employment.
