(1 February 2010) The national health and safety regulator, Comcare, will be holding a series of National Seminars during March.
Comcare and industry experts will explore workplace safety culture and showcase strategies and tools to assist organisations to analyse attitudes, explore opinions and most importantly, get positive action.
The seminars will also feature a workshop designed to improve overall workplace health through developing a workplace safety culture. The workshop will explore how such a culture is influenced, implemented and measured.
The seminars are designed to challenge traditional thinking about OHS and are open to all OHS practitioners. They are free for employers and employees covered by the Comcare scheme such as Telstra and Optus employees.
